Oddly enough, we’re communicating all the time. But living in the era of direct messages, tweets, emails, and texts, it’s becoming harder and harder to just talk to each other. The sad thing is, conversation is a skill and an art that’s needed more than ever.
If motivating others were easy, everyone would do it. You can’t just read about a few techniques and implement them, expecting major changes to happen. It takes practice like anything else worthwhile.
People sometimes feel that they have no hope. They find themselves in dire situations and believe they're never going to recover. For instance, a person may be born with an issue that sets up barriers right from the start. Another scenario is people who experience trauma.
